Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing - MINI

As an Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing - MINI, you will support the manager in operational and management tasks, collaborate with the team, and contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Manager in daily operations of the MINI Dealer.
• Interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
• Managing inventory and planning procurement.
• Supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
• Supervising marketing activities and promotions.
• Handling customer issues and resolving complaints promptly.
• Monitoring team performance and providing training.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in retail or automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in inventory management and marketing strategies.
• Problem-solving and operational creativity.
• Knowledge of industry trends and sales enhancement.
• English proficiency (if required).
• Hokkien speaking is advantageous.
