Job description

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree, preferably in Marketing Management
  2. At least 5 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, with 3 years in FMCG sales & distribution
  3. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
  4. Inspired, goal-oriented, disciplined, and a strong team leader with excellent interpersonal skills and good networking abilities
  5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
  6. Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning, controlling, and coordinating the sales process and marketing activities to meet sales targets
  2. Monitoring and forecasting sales to ensure optimal sell-in and sell-out
  3. Experience in Sales and Marketing, especially in the food service industry
  4. Initiating sales processes by prospecting, scheduling appointments, presenting, understanding client needs, developing proposals, and closing sales
  5. Monitoring competitive products and client reactions to inform market strategy
  6. Ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service
  7. Exercising strong leadership, time management, problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  8. Organizing workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  9. Understanding instructions, forms, applications, and familiarity with financial statements and credit reports
