Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree, preferably in Marketing Management
- At least 5 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager, with 3 years in FMCG sales & distribution
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Inspired, goal-oriented, disciplined, and a strong team leader with excellent interpersonal skills and good networking abilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese or Chinese is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Responsibilities:
- Planning, controlling, and coordinating the sales process and marketing activities to meet sales targets
- Monitoring and forecasting sales to ensure optimal sell-in and sell-out
- Experience in Sales and Marketing, especially in the food service industry
- Initiating sales processes by prospecting, scheduling appointments, presenting, understanding client needs, developing proposals, and closing sales
- Monitoring competitive products and client reactions to inform market strategy
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality service
- Exercising strong leadership, time management, problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Organizing workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding instructions, forms, applications, and familiarity with financial statements and credit reports
