Account Management Assistant Manager (English Speaker)

• Plan, develop, and execute a business plan to protect and grow existing customer revenue.
• Develop the existing customer potential in line with the strategic plan and increase customer satisfaction.
• Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships and establish effective communication channels with customers.
• Gather first-hand customer information and utilize it for service improvements.
• Propose quotations based on the provided cost model.
• Ensure adherence to payment terms to penetrate the DMU.
• Coordinate with all customers, serving as the main contact person to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts to achieve sales quotas and targets.
• Calculate and analyze profitability based on provided costs.
• Present proposals and conduct business negotiations.
• Coordinate with operational teams as required to address customer requirements.
• Perform account analysis to identify trends, track sales stages, and uncover opportunities.
• Handle and report emergency issues related to management.
• Perform other assignments as directed by management or superiors.

Requirements :

• Maximum 38 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Experience in logistics, especially with 3PL services, freight forwarding, and customs clearance (export & import), is a PLUS
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (must)
• HSK 5-6 certification is a PLUS
• Strong network of customers
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical, planning, and reporting skills
