Job description

We are assisting one of our clients, a local Smart home appliances company and they are currently looking for Sales ManagerIP Camera & Smart Home Appliances.

Responsibilites:

  • Lead and manage sales projects for Internet Protocol (IP) Cameras and Smart Home Appliances from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for both project-based and retail sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients across various sectors, including government, corporate, hospitality, hotels, and retail partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, project deliverables, and customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor sales performance, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with retail partners to enhance product placement, promotions, and in-store visibility.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams and retail staff, ensuring in-depth product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, promotional events, and customer engagement activities to drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in smart home and security technology.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales project management and retail sales, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
