Responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily and monthly management reporting packages, including detailed variance analysis.
2. Develop the annual budget, ensuring compliance with all processes and providing in-depth analysis.
3. Collaborate with the operations team to monitor plant performance and highlight significant variances to management.
4. Monitor and control costs against the budget to ensure actual expenditures do not exceed allocated amounts.
5. Oversee and ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly and annual financial closing.
6. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial manufacturing accounting, with a focus on cost control and management reporting.
3. Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Proficiency in SAP software.
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
6. Understanding of PSAK (Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan) is an advantage.
7. Willing to be based in Balikpapan (no roster system).
