Job description

Position: HR Site Manager
Placement: Bengalon, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities:

  1. Background in coal mining company.
  2. Industrial Relations: handle negotiations with Union and Company Labor Agreement.
  3. With Top Management, create employee budgeting annually.
  4. Review, prepare, and monitor documents for employee contracts.
  5. Design and monitor job descriptions.
  6. Design and monitor key performance indicators for the department and report to the Director.
  7. Design and monitor the implementation of Community and Development / CSR initiatives.
  8. Oversee all system administrations: employee database, attendance, leave, payroll.
  9. Monitor implementations of Jamsostek for employees and Tax PPh 21 calculation and payment.
  10. Design and monitor training implementation, renew permit SIO Operator, and re-certification of tools.
  11. Represent the HR Manager in meetings with relevant companies.
  12. Part of the ISO team; create schedules for monthly audits of each department.
  13. Design and implement engagement company programs.
  14. Represent the company in employment issues in court.
  15. Design and create contracts/legal documents for buyers/third parties.
  16. Communicate and discuss with lawyers to resolve company problems.
  17. Communicate and process document agreements with notaries regarding agreements.
  18. Represent the Board of Directors in meetings with relevant companies.
