1) Community Engagement & Customer Experience

  • Welcome new members and provide onboarding.
  • Build relationships with members and encourage engagement.
  • Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Ensure a warm and professional atmosphere in the coworking space.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services.

2) Event Management & Partnership

  • Plan and coordinate events (e.g., networking sessions, workshops, brand activations).
  • Develop partnerships with trainers, speakers, and event organizers.
  • Handle event logistics, setup, execution, and post-event evaluation.
  • Promote events through digital marketing and social media.

3) Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Monitor and respond to messages and inquiries via social media.
  • Use Canva or work with a designer to create promotional materials.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

4) Sales and Customer Acquisition

  • Develop strategies to attract new coworking members and event bookings.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries from digital platforms.
  • Work with the reception team to optimize customer conversion rates.
