Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary (Placement: Bintan, Kepulauan Riau)

About the role

Join our winning team at PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala as a full-time Personal Assistant/Secretary for the General Manager of Operations and Infrastructure. This crucial role will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the GM, helping to ensure the smooth running of business operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing the schedules and diaries of the GM
  2. Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
  3. Providing accurate typing, transcription, and proofreading services
  4. Representing the GM in front of departments
  5. Representing the GM in front of the council
  6. Handling travel arrangements and booking accommodations
  7. Providing a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  8. Maintaining office systems and databases
  9. Assisting with various administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
  • Experience in large operational departments (e.g., Estate & Township, Ferry Terminal, HSE, Fire Operations)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office software
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office management principles and practices
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
