What You’ll Do

The Area Manager - Respiratory & Immunology, Vaccine & Immune Therapy in Medan directly supervises a group of primary care sales representatives and is responsible for delivering sales results across the entire geography.

Typical Accountabilities:

• Lead the District Team to meet or exceed sales forecasts and call execution goals.
• Work with sales reps to establish appropriate and challenging goals for each territory.
• Proactively anticipate and address obstacles that may impede results.
• Assess individual and team progress toward goals and coach to improve.
• Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance their careers, including potential future District Managers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Essential For The Role

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and strong communication skills.
• Data management and relevant computer skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Good understanding of strategic business knowledge and insights.
• Effective project management skills.
• Willingness to be located in any city in Indonesia.
• Good English speaking and written skills.
