Job description

Coordinate all facility infrastructure project construction and maintenance to maximize productivity in the most cost-effective manner, achieving business targets while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Assist QA/QC management representatives and support technical, administrative, and management activities related to the project management system application, tender preparation, project execution, and workplace management system.

Review and update departmental procedures and policies, administer discipline, enforce company policies, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Respond to emergencies that could cause injury or operational loss.

Develop, establish, implement, and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and systems, monitoring adherence within the company and its business partners.

Develop and maintain departmental plans to meet operational needs while aligning with project control requirements and Indonesian or higher standards.

Create and enforce practical operational and task procedures aligned with global standards, ensuring continuous improvement in project delivery and facility management.

Set departmental goals and coordinate activities across field, workshop, and administrative offices to ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance are performed with minimal disruption.

Ensure the availability of international-quality office and support infrastructure facilities to meet the needs of the workforce and business partners.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 8 years of industry experience, preferably in mill or power plant expansion, or EPC industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar senior role in Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
• Substantial experience in domestic light industrial construction and facility maintenance, with knowledge of building civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, and plumbing aspects.
• Ability to read and analyze architectural, MEP, and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with project management plans, systems in mining infrastructure, civil infrastructure principles, and operational regulations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, experience as an internal auditor, and reporting skills.
• Possession of a frontline operational inspector certificate (POP) or equivalent recognized by KaIT.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and computer literacy.
