Job description

HR Generalist – Surabaya Placement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, and MS 365.
  • Experience operating the HRIS Talenta system.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Based in Surabaya or willing to be stationed at the Surabaya office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel data, including updates to personal information, employment contracts, and other relevant data through the Talenta HRIS system.
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy of payroll calculations (salaries, overtime, incentives, bonuses, BPJS contributions, income tax/PPh 21) within Talenta.
  • Coordinate with the Jakarta HR team and Site HR teams to validate employee databases and payroll components.
  • Administer BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan programs.
  • Oversee management of office facilities, including maintenance of buildings, vehicles, and equipment at the Surabaya office.
  • Perform other HRGA-related tasks as directed by management.
