PT. Cosmax Indonesia, established in 2011, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmax Inc., developing its business in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

The company specializes in developing new cosmetics products for brand companies (ODM: Original Design Manufacturing) and toll-manufacturing existing products (OEM: Original Equipment Manufacturing). PT. Cosmax Indonesia is growing rapidly and is looking to hire 3 new team members by June 2025.

STAFF MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT within toll manufacturing cosmetics, the beauty industry, or B2B pharmacies.
• Good knowledge of current trends in cosmetics/beauty industries.
• Understanding of the process to develop new products.
• Proficient in English (both active and written), as communication with global clients/partners is required.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong planning, organization, and project development skills.
• High motivation, passion for cosmetics.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work in SOUTH JAKARTA (TB. SIMATUPANG).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors; propose new product developments.
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients.
• Support related teams by providing feedback, market insights, and product briefs.
• Explore new markets and distribution channels for expansion and growth.
• Analyze marketing and sales data to optimize strategies and meet business goals.
• Coordinate with agency, R&I, SCM & Logistics, Production, and PPIC teams.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve marketing targets.
