Job description

Kenangan Brands are looking for a Real Estate Admin Support to join our growing team! If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, presentations, and multiple departments, we want to hear from you.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an administrative from any industry background
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (especially pivot table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), Google Slides and Google Docs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all real estate-related documents (contracts, permits, vendor agreements, etc.)
  • Prepare and update master trackers for project progress, lease agreements, and document submission timelines
  • Ensure all data is accurately recorded and stored in both digital and physical formats
  • Compile, manage, and analyze site acquisition and project data.
  • Build and update reports
  • Assist in preparing regular updates for management including performance tracking, project pipeline reports, and real estate dashboards
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments (legal, finance, design, and operations and the real estate team
  • Coordinate with external vendors, landlords, and agents regarding store documents, contract timelines, and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for the Real Estate team
  • Support in creating presentation decks and reports for internal meetings and external stakeholders
  • Assist in formatting and proofreading documents to ensure consistency and professionalism.
