Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Online Community Manager with strong SEO knowledge to join our team. This role is primarily focused on building, nurturing, and managing our online community while leveraging SEO best practices to optimize community-driven content. The ideal candidate will be a community management expert who can also contribute to enhancing our website’s visibility and search engine performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization:

• Optimize on-page and community-driven content for SEO, focusing on keyword usage, meta tags, internal linking, and overall content performance.
• Work with external writers to develop SEO-friendly blog content that aligns with community interests and search trends.
• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search engine performance.
• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO software, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (On-Page / Off-Page), SEO Strategy (Writing, Audits), or a related role.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to foster positive community interactions.
• Basic understanding of SEO, including keyword usage, on-page optimization, and content strategies.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush.

Personal Attributes:

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure cohesive and effective community strategies.
• Passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and content marketing.
• Familiarity with financial products or passion for finance is preferable.
• Fun and cheeky personality that resonates with our brand's tone and culture.

• This position is based in Jakarta office.
