Job description

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in strata title/apartment operational and/or office building management.

At least 7 years of experience in Building Management.

Experience in PPPSRS establishment is required.

Preferably, have experience in handover unit processes.

Proficiency in English is a must.

Qualities: quick response, attention to detail, good leadership, team player, disciplined.

Knowledge of Indonesian property regulations (local or national).

Good understanding of all aspects of building management.

Strong leadership skills are essential.

Willing to be placed at all company projects.
