Marketing Strategist (Yogyakarta & Solo)

Plan and execute marketing activities in the assigned area (Solo & Jogja), including promotions, events like exhibitions, managing social media accounts, and building positive partnerships with media and communities to support sales targets, increase awareness, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze the market to identify consumer needs, trends, and competition to develop effective marketing strategies.
  2. Create event proposals that align with branch needs, target audience, and company guidelines, while building strong business relationships with partners and media involved in the events.
  3. Analyze ongoing events and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
  4. Manage social media accounts across various platforms, create promotional content, engage with consumers, and build a consumer database.
  5. Analyze competitor activities and social media performance, providing recommendations for improvement and follow-up actions.
  6. Build strong business relationships with media to support marketing activities (press releases, product launches, etc.) and boost sales.
  7. Identify potential partnerships with brands, influencers, or communities in the branch area.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (open to all majors, preferably Marketing, Management, Communication, Public Relations, or Journalism).
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field, with a preference for candidates with a background in Media (Print/Digital/Radio/TV) or creative agencies.
  3. Strong understanding of Event & Media/Public Relations management.
  4. Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
