Responsibilities
  • Research companies to contact.
  • Initiate relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
  • Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
  • Make cold and warm calls to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, including demos and closing.
  • Experiment with outreach strategies to identify effective methods.
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
  • Identify new opportunities for Accounting or HR Software to expand our footprint.
  • Work with marketing to discover lead opportunities and set appointments.
  • Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to set qualified appointments.
  • Maintain customer contact records.
  • Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, and competitive.
  • Desire to achieve results and improve daily.
  • Experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (preferably from SMEs/SMBs), or a fresh graduate with relevant motivation.
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
  • Proficiency with productivity and web presentation tools.
  • Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage.
  • Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus. Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
