A leading company in the e-commerce sector is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Business Supervisor to drive the transformation from offline to digital commerce. The role involves managing online sales platforms, leading a team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in e-commerce operations and strong leadership skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Design and execute a strategic roadmap to transform the business from offline to digital commerce.
Build and manage online sales platforms including Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, OLX, BliBli, WA Business, and oversee our existing Shopify e-commerce website.
Form and lead a team responsible for digital marketing, online sales support, and customer service.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop SOPs, digital operational workflows, and standardized service procedures.
Take full accountability for achieving online revenue targets and managing cash recovery projects.
Report progress, challenges, and achievements directly to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Preferably based in the DKI Jakarta area.
Must own a personal vehicle.
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing marketplace and e-commerce operations.
Proven experience managing marketplace campaigns (Tokopedia TopAds, Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Boosting).
Basic understanding of the Shopify admin panel.
Proficient in managing WA Business contacts and WhatsApp-based marketing campaigns.
Experience handling marketplace revenue targets of IDR 500 million – 1 billion per year.
Fast-paced worker with a strong focus on results and adaptability to shifting goals.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
Possesses a growth mindset and thrives under pressure and tight deadlines.
