PT. Indonesia Indicator (eBdesk Group) is a strategic intelligence company focusing on Big Data and AI. We provide intelligence insights and forecasting using OSINT (Open Source Intelligence), Data Intelligence, and Human Intelligence to support better decision-making.

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to work onsite at Bintaro, South Tangerang.

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, clean, and process data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within datasets.
3. Create data visualizations using tables, charts, and dashboards to support business decisions.
4. Use SQL to query and filter relevant data from databases.
5. Analyze data using Python, Excel, or Google Sheets, providing insights for business or management teams.
6. Develop interactive dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Pivot Tables to monitor KPIs and key metrics.
7. Collaborate with business, IT, and marketing teams to translate needs into data-driven insights.
8. Document analysis processes, findings, and recommendations clearly for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
• Proficiency in EDA techniques, including duplication check, missing values calculation, data merging, cleaning, visualization, and descriptive analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, filtering, and merging data.
• Understanding of database structures, schemas, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib), Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience creating visualizations and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel Pivot Tables.
• Ability to communicate data analysis results effectively.
• Interest in geopolitical and economic issues.
• Willingness to work on a 6-month project-based contract.
