Job Description

• Record cash, bank, sales, purchases, and receivables reports
• Check petty cash reports and notes for the Malang office
• Create invoices and tax invoices
• Send invoices via email or hard copy as required
• Make bill payments and salary payments
• Record and verify Income Tax Withholding Proofs
• Prepare financial reports and data for tax consultants (Salary, BPJS, PPh, PPN, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
• Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Willingness to travel for work
