Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the content safety of short video products, ensuring their legal compliance.
• Coordinating with supervising departments to deal with contents violating our community standards and regulations, and updating operation standards.
• Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices received from end customers regarding copyright issues.
• Reviewing and updating content on a popular social media platform.

Qualifications:

• B2 level in English (able to understand/read documents)
• Excellent skills in writing, reading, listening, and speaking in English
• Content moderation or BPO work experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Good attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of work
• Ability to work in a team
• Fresh graduates from all majors are welcome (minimum D3)
• Able to start working immediately
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Willing to work on shift schedules, including night shifts
• Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali (Full WFO)
