What You'll Do
  1. Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure partnerships with target banks, analyze market trends, and align strategies with company goals.
  2. Partnership Identification & Sourcing: Research potential banking partners, build a pipeline, and network within the industry.
  3. Relationship Building & Pitching: Initiate contact, build relationships, articulate value propositions, and deliver presentations.
  4. Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations, structure agreements, and collaborate with internal teams for feasibility and compliance.
  5. Partnership Launch & Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding, technical integration, and execute go-to-market plans.
  6. Partnership Management & Growth: Manage key relationships, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues.
  7. Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather insights to inform product development and strategy, and report to senior management.
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, especially within financial services.
  • Proven success in negotiating and managing complex partnerships with banks or financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, banking operations, digital trends, and local regulations like OJK/BI.
  • Experience in fintech or selling technology/services to banks is preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport with partners and understand partnership structuring and negotiations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network within the banking sector.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, and banking systems.
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
