Job description

Digital Marketing Manager - Mama Roz (Cold Press Juice)

Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences and buyer personas. Choose appropriate ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

Campaign Setup and Execution: Create, configure, and launch ad campaigns on chosen platforms. Write ad copy, select creative assets, and set targeting parameters. Set up conversion tracking using pixels or UTM parameters.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences. Adjust budgets and bidding strategies for optimal performance.

Reporting and Insights: Generate weekly/monthly performance reports. Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders or clients. Recommend next steps based on analytics.

Budget Management: Allocate and manage ad spend across platforms efficiently. Ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.

Collaboration and Communication: Work with content creators, designers, and marketing teams. Communicate results and campaign performance to stakeholders or clients.

Platform and Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes and ad formats. Explore emerging channels and innovations in ad tech.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, campaign planning, or digital advertising.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Proficiency in SEO, retargeting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker Studio) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
