Responsibilities

Main Job :

Developing and maintaining conducive industrial relations (equal relations between employers and employees) within the company to support the achievement of company targets.

Job Description

  • Develop and conceptualize the industrial relations framework in alignment with company policies and government regulations, including management commitment.
  • Resolve industrial relations issues between the company, employees, or third-party partners, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  • Prepare and provide assistance to parties involved in labor-related matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to relevant laws
  • Monitor and facilitate the implementation of internal work relationship programs between employees and management.
  • Evaluate the labor regulations and company regulations and socialized it to employees.
  • Conduct employee termination processes, including handling exit interviews, disputes, and labor issues.
  • Lead and manage employee engagement surveys and programs to enhance employee involvement and satisfaction within the organization

Requirements

Job requirement:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply or professional with less than 2 years of experiences.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 from Law
  • Having knowledge in UU Ketenagakerjaan is a plus point
  • Strong in assertive communication and analytical thinking
  • Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgement, teamwork, and good time management
