Developing and maintaining conducive industrial relations (equal relations between employers and employees) within the company to support the achievement of company targets.
Job Description
- Develop and conceptualize the industrial relations framework in alignment with company policies and government regulations, including management commitment.
- Resolve industrial relations issues between the company, employees, or third-party partners, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
- Prepare and provide assistance to parties involved in labor-related matters, ensuring understanding and adherence to relevant laws
- Monitor and facilitate the implementation of internal work relationship programs between employees and management.
- Evaluate the labor regulations and company regulations and socialized it to employees.
- Conduct employee termination processes, including handling exit interviews, disputes, and labor issues.
- Lead and manage employee engagement surveys and programs to enhance employee involvement and satisfaction within the organization
Requirements
Job requirement:
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply or professional with less than 2 years of experiences.
- Minimum bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.00/4.00 from Law
- Having knowledge in UU Ketenagakerjaan is a plus point
- Strong in assertive communication and analytical thinking
- Showing excellent personal quality in analysis and judgement, teamwork, and good time management
