Sr. Sales Executive

Qualifications: SMU, Higher Secondary, Diploma, Advance Diploma, Bachelor's Degree

Location of Work: Jakarta

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the chemical industry.

Must be knowledgeable about general chemicals such as Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Hydrosulphite, Soda Ash, Sodium Nitrite, Caustic Soda Flakes, Sodium Sulphide Flakes, Sodium Metabisulphite, or other industrial chemicals.

Must have a database of existing and potential customers.

Must be willing to travel to other provinces/cities to meet existing or potential customers.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and sales targets.

Must be creative and innovative in acquiring new customers.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

Must be confident, assertive, and self-controlled.

Responsibilities

1. Identify prospects and predict sales.
2. Contact existing and new customers to discuss possible order requirements.
3. Market product functions and highlight how they solve customer problems.
4. Answer queries from customers about products.
5. Maintain a contact list and follow up with customers to continue existing cordial relationships.
