Job description

Install, configure, set up, and deploy all IT equipment that supports employee tasks.

Be responsible for hardware, CCTV, applications, email, printers, network (LAN/WAN), and related issues, both offsite and onsite.

Ensure proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software according to standards.

Perform troubleshooting on hardware, software, peripheral equipment, and other IT devices.

Ensure all IT-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Support, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  2. Familiarity with PC hardware, printers, scanners, and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  3. Understanding of client PC connectivity including ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, routers, and other network-related aspects.
  4. Adequate knowledge of IT asset management.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Willingness to travel as needed.
  7. Ability to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.
