Job description

A Luxury Artisan-crafted Bags and Accessories Company in Kerobokan, Bali, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Production Manager (Full-time).

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the entire production process, from raw materials to finished goods, ensuring quality control at every stage and strict adherence to deadlines.
  2. Proactively resolve any production or quality issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Conduct regular visits to artisans and material suppliers to maintain relationships and oversee progress.
  4. Schedule and report on production status daily, weekly, and monthly for both in-house and outsourced operations.
  5. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Inventory, and Data teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date visibility of order progress.
  6. Organize and manage all online production documentation through the company's Google Drive system.
  7. Support weavers and artisans during customer experience and promotional events with local establishments.
  8. Lead and nurture artisans and production teams to promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
  9. Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, reduce waste, and improve sustainability in the production process.
  10. Monitor production costs, working within budgetary limits, and propose cost-efficiency solutions.
  11. Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Production Manager or in a related role.
  2. Familiarity with community-based and artisan production processes.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide diverse teams toward shared objectives.
  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  5. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure while maintaining luxury quality standards.
  7. Excellent communication skills with both local and international stakeholders.
