Job description

Marketing Strategy and Business Development Role

This position involves developing and implementing marketing strategies for the adult category business. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Strategy Development: Creating annual brand plans for assigned brands.
  2. Marketing Planning and Execution: Managing downstream activities such as ATL, digital marketing, promotions, activations, and market research. Upstream activities include content detailing, KOL/HCP engagement, and ethical/medical events.

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of marketing experience.
  • At least 2 years as SBM.
  • Promotion or career advancement at least once within the same company.
  • Financial acumen, including KPI development and P&L management.
  • Experience launching new products in new categories.
  • Ability to develop business plans and assess market potential and competitiveness.
  • Experience managing a business or portfolio exceeding 50 million USD.
  • Background in nutrition, health-related/pharmaceutical, or food sectors within MNC companies.
  • Downstream: Skills in communication development, media planning across various touchpoints, and managing external market data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar).
  • Upstream: Experience in medical/ethical marketing and analyzing external upstream market data (e.g., IQVIA).

This role is located in Indonesia, Pondok Indah, at Wisma Pondok Indah 2, with a standard work shift. The pay range varies by location, and additional details about the job family, division, and other logistics are provided.
