Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform daily branch operations based on SOPs and maintain high standards.
2. Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly branch targets.
3. Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties.

Job Requirements:

1. S1 degree in any major, preferably in hospitality management, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. At least 3 years of managerial experience, especially in food and beverage, hospitality, consumer goods, or retail industries.
3. Target and customer satisfaction oriented.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong marketing and business development skills.
6. Experience in marketing operations.
7. Experience in the food industry (preferably bakery) or retail.
8. Highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
9. Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure.
11. Willing to work in Manado, North Sulawesi.
