Our client is a Forwarding company. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing action plans that lead to achieving operating revenues and net revenues in our plans and account plans, then sharing and executing them together with the Sales Team.
- Deepening understanding of account management in the Yamato Group and providing solutions or services that meet the needs of the client's business and supply chain.
- Conducting market research and gathering business intelligence to support the sales team with clear and efficient sales targets.
- Assembling solutions not limited to Forwarding but also Logistics, then proposing them to clients.
- Ensuring each account's potential is maximized and managing the stages of both own and Team's Sales Force appropriately.
- Creating forecasts according to the plan. If there are gaps, developing and implementing actions to address them promptly.
- Discovering necessary functions for providing solutions and proposing them to Management.
- Educating team members to become solution-oriented professionals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in 3PL / Forwarding, including 5 years as a Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Experience in the following industries (at least 1): Automotive, Fashion, Home Appliances/Electric Machines, Semiconductor/Electronics Devices, Machinery/Semiconductor Equipment.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience in creating proposals, quotations, and net income simulations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Presentation skills are important.
- Minimum 1 year of Forwarding or Logistics operation experience (as a Customer Service or Operations role).
