About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our dynamic team at PT. INTEGRITAS PERKASA KONSTRUKSI in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company
Screen and evaluate job applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications and fit for the organisation
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions and coordinate the entire recruitment process
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and manage the applicant tracking system to ensure a efficient and seamless recruitment process
Conduct background checks, verify references and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process
Continuously analyse recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall recruitment function
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HR databases and other recruitment-related software
Thorough understanding of employment laws, HR best practices and talent management principles
A proactive, customer-centric mindset and a passion for identifying and securing top talent
