Key Accountabilities
- Champion consumer centricity, consistently drive competitive advantage by being close to & inspired by consumers, turn insights into action for the brand to win with consumers.
- Create, embed & continually refresh a robust brand strategy that maximize growth.
- Unite brand & commercial strategies into winning annual plans that effectively consolidate all brand activities to gain new consumers, build brand equity & deliver business results.
- Create & embed clear consumer-inspired brand strategy for sustainable & profitable growth of the brand, driving penetration & providing clear, consistent & effective direction to integrated commercial / brand plans.
- Drive breakthrough communication by delivering reach through effectiveness, first touchpoint planning, and resonance through meaningful, ‘fit for platform’ brand content through-the-line.
- Optimize portfolio and brand profitability in a sustainable way, acting across the value chain, maximizing activity ROIs and optimizing Commercial Spend Productivity.
- Identify relevant growth opportunities & harness consumer, shopper, category & customer insights; effectively launch value creating brand, product, packaging & systems innovations.
- Collaborate with Sales & Trade Marketing, to ensure world-class execution of all brand activities across the path to purchase (on time, on budget, on strategy & on target).
- Understand the company’s channel & customer strategies, and their implications in order to integrate them into brand & portfolio strategies & plans.
- Deliver through own brand teams, collaborate & develop agencies & stakeholders, collaborate with HEINEKEN global &/ regional team.
Requirements
- Level of Education: Bachelor Degree, preferably Master Degree
- Field of Education: Any discipline, preferably Marketing
- Minimum 10 years of brand marketing experience, 5 years managerial experience in FMCG
- Fluent in English in oral and written, full professional proficiency in communicating & presenting
- Have a deep curiosity, agile & drive to go to extra mile, willing to get hands on the field & roll up his/her sleeve, challenge status quo & lead with empathy
