About the job Quality Assurance Technical Service

Position: QATS (Plastic Packaging Manufacture)

Company Overview:

Our client is a new company that has been incorporated in Indonesia on 11th October 2017 as a wholly owned subsidiary of XXX (Thailand) Public Company Limited. The Company is in the process of setting up a greenfield PET Film Line with the capacity of 44,000 metric tons per annum along with an upstream Resin Plant and downstream Metallizing Plant. The commercial production is expected to start in mid-2019.

It will be located in an industrial estate in Serang towards the west of Jakarta and cater mainly to the domestic market in Indonesia and also the regional/other export markets.

Requirements:

1. Candidates must at least possess a bachelor’s degree from a Chemical/Chemistry background.
2. Understand QA/TS systems or procedures.
3. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical services function in the converting industry or in the same role.
4. Can work individually or as part of a team.
5. Willing to work at Cikande - Serang.
6. Carry out day-to-day activities of the QATS department.
7. Ensure that activities related to IMS systems, 5S, and TPM are completed as per requirements.
8. Ensure that internal non-conformances found during audits have been closed with a proper action plan and are not repeated in the future with proper follow-up.
9. Measurement and testing.
10. Plan periodic customer visits to assess customer expectations and feedback, building customer relations.
11. Customer (External) & Internal communication regarding complaints received.
12. CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) preparation.
13. ISO certifications implementation.
14. Design and align the Business Process to deliver value to customers.
15. Respond to customer queries up to customer satisfaction for their end application related requirements.
