  • Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
  • Support in handling employment legal documents, contracts, and ensuring adherence to labor law regulations.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help implement HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support HR projects and administrative tasks.
  • Learn and apply best practices in HR operations and organizational development.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates’ degree in Law.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Interest or basic knowledge in Human Resources, labor law, or industrial relations.
  • Good analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to learn and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • This for 2 Years training program includes job rotations across key HR functions.
  • Upon successful completion, candidates may be placed in a role in HR Department.
