Job Description

As the Head of Branch in Surabaya, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation's success by overseeing the management and performance of the branch. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving business growth and maintaining the reputation for top quality products. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead and manage all aspects of the Surabaya branch, including operations, sales, and customer service.

Inspire and guide a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to clients.

Identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and execute plans to expand their presence and customer base in Surabaya and surrounding regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsible for branch budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring the branch's profitability.

Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus

Proven leadership experience in a branch or regional management role within the ceramics or Building Materials industry.

Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for the ceramics industry and a commitment to delivering top-quality products and services.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
