Job Description

  1. Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to final candidate selection; this includes writing job advertisements based on guidelines, posting on relevant channels, sourcing candidates, screening, conducting interviews, and personality assessments.
  2. Continuously develop and improve sourcing methods for recruiting.
  3. Collaborate with local HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and contract signing processes.
  4. Build and maintain a network and talent pool of potential candidates.
  5. Partner with external recruitment agencies as needed and manage those relationships.
  6. Provide weekly and quarterly recruitment reports to the local and regional teams.
  7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager/Lead.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 8-10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in financial institutions such as fintech, multi-finance, or banking.
  3. Proficiency with ATS and reporting tools (Excel or others).
  4. A disciplined, focused recruiting professional with a passion for the profession and best practices.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on the company's best interests.
  6. Flexible, adaptable, self-starter, capable of working in ambiguity.
  7. Proven ability to execute detailed tasks effectively.
