Maintenance Electrician

• To perform regular preventive maintenance on facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure the machine/workplace is cleaned up after maintenance services (GMP) and inform the production supervisor to check the machine condition prior to acceptance.
• Provide full support to ensure the total productive maintenance concept is achieved.
• Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, electronic, as well as PLC systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
• Maintain good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess a minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in an electrical-related field equivalent to at least 3 years’ experience in FMCG/Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Possess own transport.
• Preferred availability to start immediately.
• Applicants must be willing to work shifts.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
• Able to read circuit and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to make 1 phase 240v and 3 phase 415v wiring, control circuits, trucking installations, and domestic and industrial wiring.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical control circuit installation schematics diagrams.
• Proficient in motor control and troubleshooting 1-phase and 3-phase motor problems.
• Proficiency in PLC and air conditioning is a bonus.
