Quality Control Manager (Apparel Manufacturing)

About the Role

Our client, a renowned luxury fashion and lifestyle brand with a strong presence in Bali and Jakarta, seeks a dynamic Quality Control Manager / Supervisor to lead the quality control operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring quality in the bulk production of apparel, including receiving, cutting, sewing, and finishing processes.
• Advocate for quality within the company, fostering a culture of quality, proactively identifying potential issues, and championing continuous improvement.
• Manage and guide the Quality team.
• Collaborate with related departments to address quality issues and develop sustainable solutions.
• Participate in pre-production meetings with PPIC, Production, and Industrialization before bulk production.
• Review construction and measurements of pre-production samples to ensure consistency with prototype samples.
• Conduct regular visits to subcontractor sites.
• Ensure all departments submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a garment factory, vendor, or buying agent.
• Knowledge of 4 Point System and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Age between 30-45 years old.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Indonesian citizenship and willingness to work in Bali.
