Job description

1. Contract Management Officer

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major, prefereably from Law
  • Min. 3 year working experience as Contract Management Staff
  • Good analytical thinking and detail oriented
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

Responsibilities

  • Verify the completeness of Vendor and Candidate administrative documents, ensure that administrative documents are complete and valid as required for the process contract manufacturing.
  • Review the supporting documents for submitting a term sheet and contracts for procurement of goods and services in accordance with applicable Company procedures.
  • Assist in the process of reviewing and preparing contracts for the procurement of goods and services by paying attention to aspects ranging from commercial, legality to protection of the Company's interests, such as terms of payment, taxation, time period, fines/sanctions and others, in accordance with statutory regulations Company details and procedures.
  • Supervise the goods and services procurement contract database system so that systematic, accurate and updated contract database information is available.
  • Act as a facilitator between Users, Buyers, Legal and Vendors communicate regarding the creation of term sheets and contracts for the procurement of goods and services, and follow up on the process so that it can be completed effectively and precisely time and well monitored.
  • Review draft term sheets for procurement of goods and services, and create opening file that complies with the terms and conditions set by Legal section of Adaro Group.
  • Ensure that the validity period of contracts for the procurement of goods and services is appropriate and communicate it with the relevant Buyer and User so that you can followed up with the contract extension or addendum process in accordance with applicable Company provisions and procedures.
  • Prepare draft Company policies and procedures related to procurement contracts goods and services that will be implemented in the Company, including providing recommendations/input for improvements.
  • Follow up on contracts for the procurement of goods and services outside the existing format determined with the AEI Legal department so as not to hamper operational processes Company and remain in accordance with applicable company procedures.
  • Review reports related to the management of contracts for the procurement of goods and services so that it is valid, accurate and in accordance with the targets that have been set.

2. Technical Environment Superintendent

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related position
  • Have exposure related the area of Environmental Management System, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Indonesia & International Environmental Standards & Regulations, Environmental Pollution Control, and Encvironmental Impact Assessment
  • Preferably has been completed AMDAL study
  • Preferably have exposure in projects of Power Plant or Renewable Energy sector in Indonesia or at least related to Mining, Water Treatment, Utilities, or Infrastructures projects.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

Responsibilities

To analyze, compile and consolidate all accurate technical data and information for Competitive Bid preparation or as per the current or developing project needs on Environmental and standards compliance on both international / local level.

  • To identify, analyze, consolidate, and compile all necessary Environmental data specifications, scope of works and requirements are covered in the Bidding proposal to comply with PLN requirements.
  • To analyze and consolidate all the Environment data together with consultants to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • To coordinate and monitor all activities required by the Environmental Consultants.
  • To analyze, consolidate, compile and get analyze, consolidate, compile and get approval for the Environmentak and Social Impact Assessment in accordance with Lenders and regulations in accordance with Lenders and regulations that have been established for the development of the projects.
  • To assist Projects Development team member in providing technical supports.
  • To develop a good relationship with external companies, such as government agencies in the areas of Mineral and Mining, Forestry, Environment, Maritime, and others), as well as Non-Governmental Organization.

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil/Mechanical/Marine Engineering
  • Min. 12 years of work experience in engineering design. Have experience in marine engineering or hydrology/water management would be an advantage
  • Have related SKA certificate and PII certificate
  • Good analytical skill, logical thinking and detail oriented
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel to all Adaro jobsites if necessary

Responsibilities

  • Perform QA/QC process in accordance with the management system for engineering design works
  • Carry out a check list and check all design engineering work products
  • Updating all applicable SOPs, technical specifications and engineering standards.
  • Prepare and implement an activity plan and work schedule in accordance with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in the project proposal
  • Conduct engineering design reviews and provide recommendations and solutions to existing technical problems
  • Monitor the progress of the implementation of engineering design, analysis, Quantity Survey, Reporting and identify potential delays or deviations from applicable standards and regulations
  • Ensuring the quality of all engineering work is in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, on time and meets the requirements of the project owner (fit for purpose)
  • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of work after the work has been completed
  • Conduct site visits or site inspections during planning, project execution and project commissioning.

4. Treasury Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Treasury Supervisor
  • Good knowledge and competencies in Cash Flow Management, Financial Analysis, and Financial Planning & Budgeting

Responsibilities

  • Carry out company treasury activities in order to support the smooth operation of the company's operations.
  • Ensure the Corporate action is aligned to credit policies and comply with the covenant thresholds
  • Monitoring financial covenants every month to maintain a minimum amount of liquid assets according to the agreement
  • Ensure corporate loans are processed accurately and all fees are correctly accounted for and collected
  • Prepare the data needed for the purpose of preparing the company's financial statements for both internal (eg cash flow reports) and external (eg reports to Bank Indonesia).
  • Issued and managed bank guarantees for corporate clients.
  • Explanation the data needed for the audit process of financial statements relating to accounts related to the Bank.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning activities including forecast, monitor and track cash flow (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), reconciliation dan bank reporting
  • Managed excess operating cash to obtain optimum interest income
  • Monitor and ensure the disbursement Letter of Credit transactions from customers are processed in timely manner and in accordance with term and condition.
  • Ensure sufficiency of daily liquidity by currency and make recommendations for forex exchange
