Job description

Job Descriptions:
  1. Research companies to contact.
  2. Start relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
  3. Craft emails to those contacts to convey the value of our HRIS and book an introductory meeting.
  4. Make cold and warm calls to contacts to follow up or preempt your email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to demos & closing.
  5. Experiment with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
  7. Analyze and target new opportunities for Accounting or HR Software to grow our footprint.
  8. Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and set appointments.
  9. Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  10. Log, track, and maintain customer contact records.
  11. Participate in community networking activities to promote Accounting or HR Software.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Comfortable speaking to mid-level and senior executives.
  3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  4. Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, scrappy, and competitive.
  5. Desire to drive results and improve daily.
  6. Prior experience in selling or marketing is a plus but not required.
  7. 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (preferably from SMEs/SMBs), Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Management, or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  8. Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
  9. Proficient with productivity and web presentation tools.
  10. Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and receptiveness to feedback.
  11. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  12. Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage.
  13. Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a huge plus.
  14. Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
