- Generate ≥ 500 consultation leads via live streams (Rp 20K per successful lead)
- Gain ≥ 1,000 new followers
- Reach an average of ≥ 1,000,000 organic views per video
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution
Develop short- and long-term operational strategies including content direction, brand persona, and unique positioning.
Break down growth targets (followers, views, conversion rates) into achievable milestones. - Content & Live-Stream Operations
Lead ideation, scripting, and video production that align with viral trends.
Host or manage ≥ 3 live-stream sessions weekly, using engagement tactics and conversion funnels to drive leads.
Quickly respond to new trends with agile content campaigns. - Performance Optimization
Monitor and analyze TikTok metrics (views, VTR, engagement, conversions).
Optimize content and paid ads (if any) for best return on investment (ROI). - Team Collaboration
Manage and coordinate a creative team (editors, hosts, directors) to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align TikTok efforts with business goals.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience in TikTok content strategy or social media marketing (preferably in the travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce space)
- Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and audience behavior
- Strong creative skills in short video content development and scriptwriting
- Hands-on experience with live-streaming tactics and planning
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting performance data and optimizing campaigns
- Leadership ability to manage a small content/production team
- Proactive, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
