Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and provide timely staffing solutions.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
Support department managers in setting performance goals and improvement plans.
Identify training needs and organize internal and external training sessions.
Maintain employee training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, and terminations.
Maintain and update employee databases and HRIS systems.
Ensure company HR practices comply with labor laws and internal regulations.
Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Collaborate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary payments and benefits administration.
Manage attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking systems.
Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management, including turnover rates, recruitment status, training outcomes, and employee satisfaction insights.
