This job in a nutshell

We are currently looking for a person to manage a team of 4 Business Development Managers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry and market trends.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies and consultative selling.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and motivation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
