Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5 years of project engineering experience required.
• Must have personal computer skills and knowledge of project monitoring software.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.) and/or five (5) years related experience in project coordination and support for engineering, execution, manufacturing, coordination, communication towards timely completion of projects.
2. Must have personal computer skills and knowledge of project monitoring software.
3. 5 years of Project Engineering experience in a similar industry (Oil & Gas / Offshore).
4. Ability to travel up to 20% based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Project Manager as needed to make projects successful.
2. Liaison with concerned departments to meet project objectives in terms of safety, function, sizing, project specifications, schedule, deliveries, and cost.
3. Ability to work and perform well under pressure.
4. Follow up with internal engineering team and external (customer) team on approval of project drawings/deliverables. Monitor/update client VDR.
5. Well versed with project monitoring software like MS Project or similar.
6. Develop project schedules and perform monitoring/updates of those schedules.
7. Attend internal and external project engineering/project review/schedule meetings.
8. Help the internal team on regional sourcing/purchase requirements of projects.
9. Coordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job. This includes all internal and external communications and correspondence with the project team, customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants and generate reports to management.
10. Coordinate written advice and price resolution with the customer concerning price revisions.
11. Ensure and maintain and present project budgets.
