Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.

Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects under tight timelines.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools like Workday, Trello, Asana, or similar.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.

PMP certification or similar project management credential is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
2. Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and HR to gather requirements, track progress, and ensure project success.
3. Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
4. Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, task lists, Gantt charts, reports, and updates.
5. Monitor project risks and issues, escalating as needed and ensuring prompt resolution.
6. Use project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, Trello, Asana, or others to manage workflows and team collaboration.
7. Ensure proper change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
