Job description

• Able to lead a creative team to work in the creative process from concepting, big ideas, creative ideas, story lines, artworks (visual & tagline), including leading brainstorming sessions in different channels (social media & Digital Video)

• Manage the creation of marketing collateral, advertisements and promotions offline & online media. (Store POSM, digital ads, social media platform, digital assets).

• Creative Manager can be an art base or copy base with a skill of art direction to develop and maintain creative, conceptual, and writing standards.

• Have skill on developing artworks on their own. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

• Have skill on photography to produce photos (product & talent shots) for social media content.

• Filtering and set design parameters and stylistic guidelines consistent with our brand guidelines across media platforms.

• Ensure consistency in visual branding across all company materials, including packaging, marketing collateral, and in-store displays.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and product development strategies.

• Liaise with external vendors, such as manufacturers and suppliers, to source materials, prototypes, and other resources necessary for design and production.

• Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and ensure the integrity of our products.

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to creative team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

  • Ensure quality creative with detailed attention is delivered on time & on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, or a related field. Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.

• A minimum of 5 - 10 years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, experience in creative, motion, graphic design and visual merchandising

• Furniture Industry background is preferably.

  • Excellent communication and creative skills; Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia;

• High moral standards and personal qualities of integrity, credibility, commitment to the business;

• Able to work within an ambiguous and fast-paced environment;

• Have minimum 3+ years of experience leading a team;

• Strong feeling of responsibility;

  • Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
