Job Description
  • Control & handling monthly reconciliation for existing clients and partners
  • Control & handling documentation and data compilation
  • Coordinate with the Claims team to resolve problems/blockers regarding claims from clients
  • Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancies in data reconciliation and ensure the data recorded in the system is up to date
  • Drive analysis and insights on current products and market
  • Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support
  • Manage portfolio AR client and AP partner insurance
  • Manage monthly incentive client
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Preferably have exposure in a similar Business Development or Sales Support lead role
  • Preferably having work experience in a consulting firm, insurance company, or any kind of tech company will be a plus point
