Currently, there is a need for a Legal Consultant with experience in general corporate and commercial law. We are looking for legally trained individuals with the following attributes and requirements:

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Law (Corporate or Business Law).
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field.
• Solid experience in handling PMA establishment and negotiating medium to high-risk matters, focusing on business operations and corporate compliance.
• Strong knowledge of company incorporation, corporate changes (GMS/RUPS), and investment permit management (PMA & Local PT).
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements, including POA, statement letters, and contracts analysis.
• Experience with residence permits (Kitas, EPO, ERP, investor/retirement visas) and immigration sponsorship processes.
• Strong leadership skills and effective time management, with a hands-on and adaptable approach.
• Must be located in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal matters related to PMA registration, business licenses, land and property transactions, and permits.
• Provide legal consultation to clients to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and business laws.
• Stay updated on regulations and licensing mechanisms, including changes and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with external parties, such as regulators and stakeholders.
• Manage legal services including company changes, corporate obligations, dissolution processes, immigration services, contract drafting, and other legal arrangements.
