Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who understands the expat market and can build strong brand awareness and customer engagement among the international community. You will lead digital and offline marketing strategies, develop campaigns, and build partnerships that resonate with expats living in or visiting Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth running of all departments during your shift.
  2. Act as the main contact for guests regarding any concerns, complaints, or special requests.
  3. Monitor staff performance during shift and provide guidance as needed.
  4. Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security) to maintain service standards.
  5. Prepare shift reports and incident logs for management review.
  6. Respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies or unexpected situations.
  7. Ensure all services and atmosphere align with Nirvana Life’s brand values and guest expectations.

Qualifications:

  1. Have experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, wellness center, etc.).
  2. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  4. Willing to work in shifts (morning, evening, weekends).
  5. Able to make sound decisions in the absence of senior managers.
  6. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
  7. Well-groomed and professional appearance.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience working with expat or international guests.
  2. Background in handling customer complaints or emergency situations.
  3. Familiarity with standard SOPs in hospitality, wellness, or restaurant environments.
