COUNTRY MANAGER (MANAGING PARTNER) Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients Provision

Neochem Group, part of GOGO Corp established in 1979, comprises several subsidiaries including: "Chemicals & New Materials", "Manufacturing", "Consumer Goods", "Health & Beauty", "Medical Device", and "Multimedia, TV Shopping & Online Shopping". We also produce Educational Health Talk Shows on National TV.

Neochem specializes in specialty chemicals, innovative new chemicals, and green chemicals, and has become a leader in Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients Provision. We are now seeking to fill the following position:

Position: COUNTRY MANAGER (MANAGING PARTNER)
Work Description:
  1. Achieve sales revenue KPIs as agreed.
  2. Develop new business and products in line with KPIs.
  3. Monitor accounts receivable and inventory turnover within acceptable limits.
  4. Provide active and periodic reports on activities, progress, action plans, and market data.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related company, focusing on Plastics & Rubber, Cosmetics, Food, Feed & Pharma, Ink & Coating (Metal Working), Mining & Oleochemicals.
  • Experience working with targets, databases, and possessing wide industry connections.
  • Gender: Male/Female, age between 27-45 years.
  • Educational background: D3/S1/S2 in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Food Technology, Pharma, Mining.
  • Recognition such as Best Employee, Best Achievement Awards, and proven track records are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in English; Chinese-speaking skills are a plus.
  • Established client base with strong marketing and R&D analytical skills, capable of influencing decision-making.
  • Aggressive, resilient under pressure, with strong work ethics, proactive, mature, and stable.
  • Willing to perform field work, travel domestically and internationally, and conduct market intelligence and surveys promptly.
  • Ability to quickly capitalize on opportunities.
  • Location: Head Offices in Central Jakarta and Alam Sutera; immediate availability required.
